Affordable Housing

Bartlett Housing Solutions is able to provide an Affordable Housing program, located at the Nitor Suites and Apartments complex at West Run. Affordable housing is housing that is appropriate for the needs of a range of very low to moderate-income households and priced so that these households are also able to meet other basic living costs such as food, clothing, transport, medical care, and education.

​The Affordable Housing program of Nitor Apartments is home to 4 two-bedroom, fully furnished apartments. Residents have access to on-site laundry, free parking, and vending machines.

To be eligible for the Affordable Housing Program, our residents:

• Follow HOME guidelines related to income limits and required documentation.
• Preference is given to homeless individuals with children but this is not a requirement of the program.
• HUD Vouchers are accepted for these units.
